Continuous 48-hour monitoring test. Immediate results after 48 hrs. Monitors Radon levels, temperature, humidity and any motion.
Mold Inspection
Mold Inspection includes a minimum of 2 air samples and swab or bio-tape samples (if needed) utilizing nationally accredited labs. Moisture levels are also tested throughout during a very detailed visual inspection for mold and moisture intrusion.
Sewer Scope
Sewer lines can be a nasty, unpleasant, financial nightmare; but it doesn’t have to be your nightmare. By having your sewer line inspected you can rest assured the sewer drain is in great operating condition. Includes video link with audio and written report of scope the same day of inspection.
Water Testing
Make sure your family's water supply is clean and safe to drink! Our lab results will show if there are any contaminants in your water.
Well-Water Pressure and Water Potability
Includes lab fees. Well pressure test includes a flow test were the water is run for a 2 hour period, measuring flow and recovery rates. We also tests potability for multiple known contaminates.

Rental Inspection
A rental inspection is for a new renter wanting photo proof of the rental property prior to residing in the property. This will include a photo only report. This report can be used to show proof of the condition of the property before you occupied the space.
New Construction Warranty Inspection - Same pricing as Home Inspection (per square foot)
A new construction warranty inspection is for new home builds that are coming up on their warranty expiring. A full home inspection is completed to look for issues with the home that the home warranty could cover. This consists of a regular home inspection with the same standards of practice.
Maintenance Inspection - Same pricing as Home Inspection (per square foot)

A home maintenance inspection is just like the inspection you get before you buy or sell a home, except that you do it with no intention of selling the home. Verification of repairs is for re-inspection of anything that was repaired after the inspection was completed.
